I'm a solo real estate investor based in northeastern Pennsylvania. I founded All The Above REI to do one thing well: buy properties, fix them up the right way, and hold them as long-term rentals.

My strategy is BRRRR — Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat. It lets me reinvest in the community and steadily grow a portfolio of quality housing across the region.

I'm not a wholesaler in disguise and I'm not a faceless company. When you call, you get me. Every offer I make is one I'd be happy to close on, and every property I buy becomes part of my long-term plan.
